This policy explains what personal information Marketing Flavour collects through marketingflavour.com (the "site"), including our contact forms and free marketing tools, how we use it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form (contact, free audit, proposal, newsletter or a free-tool report), we collect what you enter: usually your name, email address, website, the service you are interested in, a budget range and your message.
Information collected automatically. With each form submission we also record the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or gclid), the country your connection comes from and your browser's user-agent string. This helps us understand which marketing brings enquiries.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity may collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, clicks and device type. See our Cookie Policy.
Free tools
When you run a free tool, we fetch the public web page or website you enter from our servers so we can analyze it. We do not keep copies of the pages we analyze. Some tools send the address or keyword you enter to a third-party service to get results: the SEO Audit asks Google PageSpeed Insights for speed data, and the Question Finder asks Google's public search suggestions for related searches.
If you choose to unlock a full report, we keep your email address together with the address you checked and the summary result, so we can send you follow-up advice.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message, prepare an audit or proposal and provide the services you ask for.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- To understand and improve our site, tools and marketing, using analytics you have agreed to.
- To protect the site and our tools from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, our legal bases are: your consent (analytics and marketing cookies, newsletter), steps you ask us to take before a contract and the contract itself (audits, proposals, services), and our legitimate interests (replying to enquiries, keeping the site secure).
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, spam protection (Turnstile) and the servers that run our forms and tools.
- Google: storing and notifying us of form submissions (Google Workspace / Sheets / Gmail), PageSpeed Insights and search suggestions for our tools, and, with your consent, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Ads.
- Microsoft: Clarity session analytics, only with your consent.
- Scheduling and email tools we may use to book calls or send newsletters.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent.
Cookies & analytics
Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you choose to allow them in our cookie banner. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, marketing cookies stay off. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and tool-report leads for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal requirements. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of each analytics tool. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent and to opt out of marketing emails. To make a request, email iammarketingnomad@gmail.com. We will verify your request using the email address you contacted us from and reply within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
US state privacy rights
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas) may have the rights above, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients, all described in this policy. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email), internet activity (site usage, with consent) and approximate location (country) for the purposes described above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information. You may use an authorized agent to make a request.
International visitors
We are based in India and use service providers in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, spam protection on forms, access controls on the accounts that hold your data and providers with strong security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
