Google Ads Management Servicesfor US Businesses

Stop paying for clicks that never call. We build and manage Google Ads campaigns around real leads and sales, with tracking that shows exactly where every dollar goes.

Why it matters

Most Ad Accounts Leak Money in the Same Places

Google Ads can be the fastest way to get calls and leads, or the fastest way to burn a budget. The difference is usually in the setup, not the platform.

The most common problems we find in new accounts are broad keywords matching irrelevant searches, no negative keyword list, conversion tracking that counts page views as leads, and every click sent to the homepage. Google's automated bidding is only as good as the data you feed it, so bad tracking leads to bad bidding.

We fix the foundation first, then optimize every week for the metric that matters to you, whether that's cost per lead, cost per booked appointment or return on ad spend.

What's included

Everything in our Google Ads service

7 ingredients, scoped to your goals. Your proposal lists exactly which of these we run and how often.

  1. 01 / 07

    Account audit

A line-by-line review of structure, keywords, search terms, bidding, ads, extensions and tracking, with wasted spend quantified.

  2. 02 / 07

    Keyword & competitor research

High-intent keywords, competitor ad copy and auction insights to find where you can win profitably.

  3. 03 / 07

    Search, Performance Max & LSA

The right campaign types for your goals, including Local Services Ads with the Google Guaranteed or Screened badge where eligible.

  4. 04 / 07

    Conversion tracking

GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions and call tracking so every lead is counted correctly.

  5. 05 / 07

    Negative keyword management

Search terms reviewed every week and irrelevant queries blocked, so budget goes to buyers.

  6. 06 / 07

    Landing page recommendations

Specific, tested recommendations or new landing pages built to convert paid traffic.

  7. 07 / 07

    Weekly optimization

Bids, budgets, ads and audiences adjusted weekly, with A/B tests on ad copy and offers.

Our recipe

How we run Google Ads

A clear, repeatable process with a named strategist and no outsourcing black box.

  1. Step 01 / 05

    Audit & goals

We review your account or start fresh, agree on target cost per lead or ROAS, and set the budget plan.

  2. Step 02 / 05

    Tracking first

Conversion tracking, call tracking and CRM handoff are fixed before spend increases, so optimization uses real data.

  3. Step 03 / 05

    Build & launch

Tightly themed campaigns, ad copy, assets, negatives and landing pages go live with clear naming and structure.

  4. Step 04 / 05

    Optimize weekly

We review search terms, bids, ads and placements every week and test new angles continuously.

  5. Step 05 / 05

    Scale what works

Once cost per lead is stable, we expand budgets, keywords and campaign types that hit your targets.

Why Tracking Comes Before Everything Else

Google’s Smart Bidding decides how much to bid on every auction based on the conversions you tell it about. If your tracking counts a “thank you” page that people can reach without submitting a form, or misses phone calls entirely, the algorithm optimizes toward the wrong thing.

So the first thing we do in every account is make sure that:

  • form submissions are tracked through Google Tag Manager with enhanced conversions,
  • phone calls from ads, call extensions and your website are tracked with call tracking, with a minimum call length to filter out wrong numbers,
  • duplicate conversions are removed,
  • and where possible, offline conversions from your CRM show Google which leads actually became customers.

That last step is often the biggest lever. When Google knows which leads closed, it can find more people like them.

How We Structure Campaigns

Search campaigns built around intent

We group keywords tightly by service and intent, so the ad and landing page match the search closely. Someone searching “water heater replacement cost” sees a different ad and page than someone searching “emergency water heater repair”. Relevance like this improves Quality Score, which lowers what you pay per click.

Negative keywords as a weekly habit

Search term reports show what people actually typed before clicking your ad. We review them every week and block irrelevant searches, such as job seekers, DIY searches or services you don’t offer. Over time this is where a lot of the savings come from.

Performance Max with guardrails

For e-commerce and accounts with solid data, Performance Max can find conversions across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and Gmail. We run it with brand exclusions, audience signals, asset testing and careful monitoring so it doesn’t simply take credit for sales you’d get anyway.

Local Services Ads for local businesses

For eligible home services, legal and some healthcare categories, Local Services Ads show at the very top of the page with a Google verification badge, and you pay per lead rather than per click. We manage the profile, reviews, budget and lead disputes.

Landing Pages: The Other Half of PPC

Even a perfect campaign fails if the landing page doesn’t convert. We recommend or build dedicated landing pages that match the ad, load fast on mobile, show trust signals like reviews and guarantees, and make the next step obvious. Our Sales Funnels & CRO service goes deeper with A/B testing.

What Weekly Optimization Actually Looks Like

Every week, your strategist:

  1. Reviews search terms and adds negatives.
  2. Checks budgets, impression share and lost auctions.
  3. Pauses underperforming keywords, ads and placements.
  4. Launches or evaluates ad copy tests.
  5. Reviews lead quality with you and adjusts targeting.

Every month you get a call walking through cost per lead, conversion rates, what we tested and what we’ll do next. No vanity metrics, no hiding behind impressions.

Paid search shows which keywords and messages convert, often within weeks. We feed those insights into your SEO strategy, so organic pages target terms already proven to produce customers. Over time, strong organic rankings reduce how much you need to spend on ads for the same leads.

Reporting

How we measure success

A live dashboard plus a monthly strategy call. These are the numbers we report on, in plain English.

  • Cost per lead

Total spend divided by qualified leads, tracked by campaign and keyword.

  • Conversion rate

  • ROAS / revenue

For e-commerce and businesses with CRM data, revenue generated per ad dollar.

  • Wasted spend

Budget spent on irrelevant searches, trending down as negatives and structure improve.

FAQ

Google Ads FAQs

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Ask us on a call.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

It depends on your market, cost per click and how many leads you need. We'll recommend a starting budget in your proposal based on keyword costs in your area, then adjust as data comes in. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google, separate from our management fee.

How much do your Google Ads management services cost?

We build a custom proposal after a free account audit. The fee depends on the number of campaigns, locations and the level of landing page and creative work involved. There are no long-term contracts.

How quickly will I see results?

Ads can generate leads within days of launch. Expect the first 4 to 8 weeks to be a learning period while we gather data, refine keywords and let bidding stabilize. Performance usually improves steadily after that.

Do I keep ownership of my Google Ads account?

Always. The account, data and campaigns belong to you. We work through manager access, and if we part ways you keep everything.

Do you manage Local Services Ads?

Yes. We help with eligibility, verification, profile setup, budget and lead disputes for Local Services Ads, and track those leads alongside your other campaigns.

Should I use Performance Max?

Sometimes. Performance Max can work well for e-commerce and for accounts with strong conversion data, but it gives you less control. We usually start with Search campaigns for lead generation and test Performance Max once tracking is reliable.

Can you also run Microsoft Ads (Bing)?

Yes. Microsoft Advertising often delivers cheaper clicks for certain audiences in the US, and we can mirror and adapt your Google campaigns there.
